Campus Program Manager

Soteria Solutions is an exciting place to work and grow your skills. We focus on bystander intervention prevention strategies for sexual and interpersonal harassment. Our growth is driven by delivering a customized assessment, curriculum, and evaluation for our partners. The Campus Program Manager will support Soteria Solutions’ delivery of strategic planning and assessment training and technical assistance to the Department of Justice Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) Campus Program grantees.

The campus manager will support all grant activities, including coordinating delivery of technical assistance; facilitating individual and group meetings with grantees; collaborating with grant partners; contributing to development of grant deliverables; and preparing grant reports. Although we are located in Durham, New Hampshire, it is not necessary that a candidate live locally. This is a part-time flexible position, roughly 10 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with colleges and have familiarity with campus victim service programs, prevention, and program management. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and have excellent writing, speaking, and organizational skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal team to develop unique curricula focused on strategic planning, assessment, and evaluation

  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders to provide real-world scenarios and case study examples for curriculum grant materials

  • Maintain project plans and design documentation

  • Edit instructional materials, such as fact sheets, resource guides, slides, and handouts

  • Review and provide feedback on grantees strategic plans

  • Compile strategic planning and assessment resources for grantees

  • Track grant progress and deliverable and prepare reports to funder

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Social Work, English, Psychology, or related field required

  • 3+ years of higher education experience, specifically Title IX and/or student conduct. This may include training colleges and universities or advising parties

  • Commitment to working in support of dating and domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking (DVSAS) survivors and/or underserved communities (e.g. LGBTQ, communities of color, people with disabilities, minors, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and shifting demands and still meet project deadlines

Position will pay $25 per hour. Position also offers SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match upon hiring.
